Brief background: 
Lily was born with a missing arm which caused her biological parents to reject her and so she was placed in an orphanage where she was adopted by a lesbian couple, desperate to raise a child. Her early childhood was a pleasant one, however once she attended school she was soon bullied for her disability and her parents relationship. After many years, the bullying was intolerable and she pleaded with her mothers to allow her the surgery that would ease her distress. Her parents finally gave in and she received the surgery for a prosthetic arm (designed only for common commands like moving fingers and such). This arm gave Lily a newfound confidence she'd never known, and it turned her life around.
She enrolled at the academy for a somewhat petty belief that she thinks she has to help keep the upholding of the goodness of the earth. Yeah she's kind of a...fairytale believer like that. (please break her)

Personality:
 Confident Leader
    She's like an empress type and would not hesitate to take on a leader's position. She can also be a bit of a control freak and tries to keep everything in order. But she would respect and follow any other leader that earns her trust.
Sassy
Being raised by two women almost always arguing with each other seem to have given Lily a manual on how to insult people in the wittiest way possible somewhere in her mind. She always has to have a comeback and a side comment. Cannot stand being on the losing side of an argument.
Vain
She's the type of person who'd spend a minimum of an hour to get dressed, fix her hair, make-up, and whatever ritual she performs. She also sew her own clothes because she "doesn't want to get caught in mass-manufactured body wraps". Most her allowances and earnings go to this.
 Superstitious Nature-girl
All her previously mentioned personality traits seem to be very ironic to her nature-loving personality who keeps ornamental plants in her room and regularly talks to them like normal people. She'd claim she likes the peace of nature as it's not as corrupted as humans or something like that.

Strengths:
Personality-wise
Mature for her age. (I said mature not motherly or sisterly. 8U)
Determined and steady-on
Battle-wise
Calm and collected in the battlefield. She won't go attack with a plan.
Both a good leader and a good follower. Almost never deviates from an already agreed upon plan.
Fast and agile mover.
Ambidextrous. I guess that's important in battle? 

Weaknesses: 
Personality-wise
Masked insecurities. Her confident self is a mask to the still little girl inside her or something. ;;
Short temper. She constantly needs to let her steam out since she thinks bottling it up would cause explosive situations. That, plus her strong eyebrow game makes her seem like the angriest person ever.
Traditional. Like, too traditional. She can be stubborn about learning new things, like computers and gadgets, in particular.
Extreme superstitiousness. The cute talks with random plants can turn into occult-like worshipping in a matter of seconds.
Battle-wise
Physically weak, if not average. Her petite figure isn't exactly built for power.
Cyernetic arm can malfunction like any piece of machine
Speaking of the arm, it's nothing special and can only do what normal hands do. Mostly for aesthetic purposes only.
Fails to perform well in pressure and without a premade battle plan.

Self-loathing, self-blaming people (bec it reminds her of herself or something I guess)

Fighting style:
Mostly a mid-range to long-range weapon user so in solo battles, it's shoot first, ask questions later. In group battles however, she takes the opportunity to calculate the best shots given that there are allies to keep the distance steady. Of course, she prefers sniping and sneak attacks.
